Colorado-based producer Alex B continues to roll out tunes under the new guise of Paper Diamond in 2011. The new project finds the trusted producer moving into previously untraveled musical territory. And when this maestro is not beat making he acts as head of Elm and Oak, which functions as a record label, design shop, and clothing line. So with no time to rest, Alex B kicks off the back to school season, offering fans a free download of his first single "Can We Go Up" from his forthcoming EP release Paragon on Pretty Lights Music in union with his headline nationwide tour, The Turnt Up Tour.
“Can We Go Up" features artwork by famed artist Josh Holland and the EP art is being created by the amazing Brooklyn NY-based NOOK. There will be two new videos, one of which will be directed by Shomi Patwary at Illusive Media.
The Turnt Up Tour features an array of artists from both Elm & Oak and Pretty Lights Music. Support acts include Elm and Oak's own Two Fresh, the newest signing to Elm & Oak records, Cherub, Pretty Lights Music recording artist Michal Menert, Robotic Pirate Monkey, and Sorry For Partying.
