This past Saturday night (9/12/09), Trey Anastasio performed with the New York Philharmonic at New York’s Carnegie Hall. The evening began with Trey backed only by the string section for “First Tube” and went on to include many of the Phish tunes he’s re-worked for this environment. Highlights of the second set included a 20-plus minute “Time Turns Elastic” and the orchestral debut of “You Enjoy Myself” (watch below).
