The Egg Announce Spring U.S. Tour Dates

UK electronic band The Egg has announced their U.S. spring tour. Highlights include a SXSW kickoff party on March 17 in Austin, TX with Kraak & Smaak, 2020Soundsystem and Orchard Lounge, a special FREE show March 19 at Dallas' Granada Theater, and a post-Phish Hampton late night show on Sunday, March 8 to close out the weekend.

I've never heard of this group before and I visited their website to check out their music. Now hearing this and having an open mind annndd having an appreciation for electronic music I still allowed myself to not be judgemental right away and to let The Egg sink in like I did with Pretty Lights. I still am not attracted to The Egg. It's very repetitive and basic, I am not bashing anybody like everyone else does on this fucking website, but just to have some justification why do all of you like this group. Do they throw killer shows, is it relaxing to you, what?

Word lots of Southeast shows to check out!!! I like these guys a lot and to see them with 2020soundsystem and Orchard Lounge would be sick!!!

The Egg is sick, can't wait to see their visuals on the screens at the Granada.

Don't miss the parish show on march 17th if you're in Austin, it's going until 3:00am, it's going to be a true spectacle, working on visuals as we speak....
