murph, the bassist of sts9 sat in with Umphreys last night for The Triple Wide to close the first set. Very plausible to happen again and the lineup looks pretty funky. But Rothbury sounds a bit better

sick line up so far, but we're only halfway there. 25 artists announced, and upwards of 50 acts will appear this year. with a second main stage this year, there are still plenty of great announcements to come. i need some les!

lineup looks solid so far but im deffanitly hoping for a few more big acts.

i hope i dont have to miss to many bands due to the 2nd main stage. to me this seems like its gonna cause alot of conflicts.

I hope the lips add another show in the area. There is no way I can deal with multiple sets or the fans from moe. and umphrey's. How can any of these bands take the stage after the flips?

Are you kidding me? What is wrong with the fans from Moe. and Umphrey's? The Lips have to resort to cheesy visual effects and a spaceship to make their music more interesting. If you don't like em, don't go!

Getting beer in is extremely easy. Wait until the night comes and the security guards let you walk right past them with all your beer in plain site. We brought in a ton of beer. Go to this festival it is one hell of a time.

Fordaj, what are you talking about? Moe will have great shows all three days. Umphreys will equally rock out. If the Lips play some where close I will bet that it will be the exact show that they play at Summer Camp. Don't get me wrong, the Lips are great live and very talented musicians but come on dude. The only thing that I have a problem with is with Blind Melon. Why do they tour under that name? Shannon, the old singer who passed away, made the band.

^^^ Dude this is a MOE festival. Ya dig? MOE is the main act, the others are just "guests", I meant MOE,Umph,STS9, on the same bill that's nice. If you want big names go to bummeroo, or ruthbury... And who knows, one of these smaller acts might become the next big thing!! And what better way to say yea I saw these guys when they used to play for beer.. I hope I can make it to Summercamp this year, with Rothbury I don't know where to get the cash I need, I might take out a loanl.

Dude, HBRSB has a flutist! Like, a friggin flute dude. Where can you go wrong? I mean YMSB has been together a lot longer and has a deeper catalogue I'm pretty sure (plus they have an awesome habit of adapting songs to a bluegrass arrangement you'd never expect) but the dudes in HBRSB can definately play like good musicians playing good music= good.

hot buttered rum is pretty good, they also have two talented mandolin players, one doubles with the fiddle which is something yonder lacks in traditional bluegrass, unless darol is jamming with them, THEN its Yonder all the way, not to mention their fun crazy bluegrass songd/charactors

Flaming lips put on the one of the worst shows i have ever seen. And ive seen them twice for some reason. It was the same exact show both times. Get ready to listen to a bunch of political bullshit with a couple songs thrown in the mix. I picked confetti out of my hair for days. On a side note good additions to a good looking festival.
