I had the pleasure of working at some of the best festivals in the world. This gig, was one of, if not THE, best.

Nice photos. Dave Vann is a great photographer and all around nice guy to hang out with ...

The vibe out there was amazing, the food was great, the drinks were top shelf, the activites were smokin' ... and the music was out of this world.

Umphrey's last set? Hot! the Duo? melted my face! Seriously, all the music was phat ... I had all kinds of fun mixing video ...

I thought that unlimited top shelf booze would send at least one or two in the crowd into security issues ... but the experienced partiers yeilded no drunken bullshit AT ALL!!! Nothing to report but good times and lots of love.

The sky had stars falling that weekend, some type of "Jupiter Showers" or something, but the sky was beautiful ... the rain that fell now and again was sweet ... we stayed up all night for the sunset, twice ...

holy hell, how much coke did stasik have to blow to think wearing that on stage would be a good idea??? how many drugs does one need to be on to even think borat references are still funny. gimmicks, it's what umph does best. oh yeah, lmao at all those whitebreads on the marley tour. i bet the whole time rasta dude was thinking to himself "you guys are like walking dollar signs mon". that said, decent pics, looked like a good time.

i think stasik is my favorite musician in umphrey's.. he's smooth, versatile, gets dirty with the slaps and the grooves, and is definitely not boring at all. he's definitely one of my favorite bassists out there, though can't say much for that getup he's sporting. for a grand i would probably rock that though.

I'm with you on that commentary moejoe... I miss the old "jazz odyssey"-laced sets with that bass carrying the cool all over the place.

Staskik is hilarious... not a fan of the outfit but tag team summer camp when he came out in the spandex devil showing the dance moves off you know he got some meow that night and about meow every other night, the man gets more meow in a night then any you bisco heads could get in a lifetime...WWSD Yea thats right what would staskik do.. the man is livin the HIGH Life, we all know hes a little metro but i mean who wouldnt be if i was the youngest in the funloving band that we like to call umphreys mcgee id be gettin meow left and right up and down and all around the world. bi**es back off my man.....nyways we all know staskik loves the Cardinals how can you ever hate a Cardinal Fan.. I like the outfits next up the G-Strap.
