Bill Walton Guests With Gregg Allman In San Diego

Gregg Allman is back on the road and singing well, which is great news for those hoping the current incarnation of the Allman Brothers Band can finish strong later this year. Allman’s solo tour came to San Diego on Sunday night for a performance at Humphreys Concerts By The Bay, where he was joined by a local legend for “One Way Out.”

Basketball Hall Of Famer Bill Walton might be best known in our circles for his love of the Grateful Dead, but the California native is also a huge Allman Brothers fan. Walton helped out on percussion for the “One Way Out” finale during Gregg’s visit to San Diego.
