Happy Birthday John Bell | Pro-Shot JB & Friends 2001

We'd like to wish a very happy birthday to Widespread Panic guitarist/vocalist John Bell. JB's distinctive voice, unrelenting rhythm work and earnest songwriting is at the heart of Widespread Panic's music as he's helped guide the band to an impressive 28-year career thus far. The Cleveland-native is still going strong and we can't wait to see what the next few years holds for JB.

In honor of Bell's birthday let's look back at a "JB & Friends" performance from January 6, 2001 at the House Of Blues in Orlando, FL. JB was joined by special guests Kevn Kinney, Julius McKee, Buck Williams, Fredrick Sanders and Kevin Harris at various points of the 90+ minute performance. Pro-shot footage featuring a soundboard audio recording circulates and is a perfect watch for a lazy afternoon.
