When New Zealand-based Phish fan Nick Setteducato received a set of Phish
from a friend, he wanted to doing something unique to feature the bobbles as a way of
thanks. Nick first came up with the idea of replacing the four presidents faces with the
faces of the four members of Phish to create "Mt. Phishmore." As time went on the project
evolved to a full-scale stop-motion video in which Setteducato and Amy Brennan spent tons
their free time building puppets, props, sets and more for the just-unveiled Flight Of
The Mockingbird short film.
Nick used The White Tape version of "Divided Sky" as the soundtrack for his effort.
So take a moment and follow The Famous Mockingbird as he travels through night and day to
deliver The Helping Friendly Book to the Rhombus in time for the "Divided Sky" ritual at
Head to Nick's blog for a behind-the-scenes look at all that
went into creating the film. Setteducato created the film as a labor of love. Nick asks
if you enjoy what he made that you consider donating to The Mockingbird Foundation.
