Neil Young Dusts Off Three Classics On Thursday At Carnegie Hall

Over the past week rocker Neil Young has been holding court at the iconic Carnegie Hall in New York City for a series of four solo acoustic performances. Tonight marks the final show of the run. While the setlists have remained similar throughout the run, last night Young added three classics to his set.

The changes started just two songs into Neil’s set with a gorgeous rendition of “Helpless.” Young then busted out the After The Gold Rush gem “Birds” last night on piano, six songs into the first set of his two set performance. Towards the end of Set Two, Neil dusted off a solo piano version of “Journey Into The Past,” which hadn’t been performed earlier in the run.
