HeadCount To Bring National And Local Non-Profits To Lockn'

Next month, the Lockn' Festival (formerly Interlocken) will take place on a farm in Arrington, VA featuring a lineup that includes many JamBase favorites such as Furthur, Widespread Panic and The Black Crowes. Our friends at HeadCount will be on hand at the inaugural Lockn', as they will bring a number a local and national non-profits to the event's "Participation Row."

Lockn' attendees will receive a card upon entering the festival that they can bring to any of the booths on Participation Row, where they can earn a stamp for taking a "specific action." Once festivalgoers have earned four stamps, they can bring their card to the comfy "Qello Lounge" and check out Qello's huge library of music content from one of many couches provided. They'll also be entered into a drawing for Super VIP tickets to next year's Lockn', a guitar signed by Lockn' headliners and more.

Some of the Virginia-based groups that will be represented on Participation Row include the Nelson County Pantry, Appalachian Voices and FeedRVA. Oxfam, The Sierra Club and Habitat For Humanity are among the national non-profits headed to Lockn'.
