Falcor and Friends is pleased to bring Evil Farmer back to SOhO in Santa Barbara for what promises to be a historical night of music. On March 31, the four components of Evil Farmer will step on stage for only the second time in over ten years. The anticipation for this show is brimming as the four original players, Dave Brogan, Ari Gorman, Dan Zimmerman and Paul Moore are going to be bringing new Farmer material to the table.

Evil Farmer is best known as THE party band in Santa Barbara is the mid 90's. Made up of some of the best players in the SB scene at the time, they quickly shook the beach town upside down, establishing a fierce followings before abruptly breaking up and almost never being heard from again.

Dave Brogan went on to be the drummer in ALO, as well as Very Special Forces with Farmer alumni Paul Moore. Dan Zimmerman has stayed in Santa Barbara and Ari Gorman has been popping up in the Bay area music scene as of late, sharing the stage with the likes of the Violent Femmes and the Everyone Orchestra. They have woken the Farmer only once in the last ten years; two years ago when ALO played the Silky Sensuous Ball and they have now again resurfaced to let the world know that something bigger is about to go down.

To top it off, Hunkamama, an all girl funk outfit from Los Angeles will be on hand to offer up a one time only treat for Santa Barbara. Years and years ago, The Pointer Sisters went into the studio to record their first album. They recruited some of the finest session players around, players who also happened to play in such well established bands as the Headhunters. What transpired is some of the rawest, most empowering music to ever see the light of day. Hunkamama will be performing this gem of a project from start to finish for this one time only presentation of The Pointer Sistah's Projekt, as well as a set of their own original material.
