About Post Honeymoon
Post Honeymoons roots go back to a summer night in 2001, when drummer Nick Kraska met keyboardist Rachel Shindelman (both ex-Bang! Bang!, New Black) and brought her to a show at the Empty Bottle.
It took them three years to start playing together and another three to get married, go on their first vacation and start their own outfit, the aptly named Post Honeymoon.
Post Honeymoon strips bare and slows down the pop songs Kraska and Shindelman perfected while playing in other outfits. Whats left are the kind of songs you dream up when you think nobody else is listening. Think Siouxsie Sioux meets the Motels, meets Love & Rockets (without the guitars).
