AUGUST & SEPTEMBER TOUR DATES
This run is also highlighted by the introduction of bassist Tony D’Amato, longtime friend of the Pets and band mate of drummer Jamie Newitt in the Philadelphia-based jazz-fusion act, Spontaneous Underground. Justin Carney has left the band to pursue other interests.
“We are very excited to welcome Tony to the family. I have been a fan of his since my first time seeing SpUn, and look forward to the deeply funky impact he will have on this band,” says guitarist Jeff Lloyd. In typical THP fashion, they have a full tour schedule ahead giving them plenty of opportunity to introduce D’Amato to their rapidly expanding fan base.
