9TH ANNUAL MANIFESTIVUS ON JULY 22-23, CABOT, VT
The Manifestivus, Vermont’s party of the summer, has announced its dates for 2011, this year’s line-up and the sale of early-bird tickets. For two days and two nights, July 22-23, Cabot, VT will be rockin’ as 2,000 people dance to the music of some of the best bands in the country.
The family-friendly event offers on-site camping, medical facilities, vendors of authentic African and Ital food, as well as local arts and crafts. Yoga and West African dance and drumming workshops round out the cultural experience. The site also boasts hiking trails, which wind through beaver ponds, marsh and woodland forest, and a large swimming pond. The 200+ children that attend the festival have an entire supervised area devoted to fun, games and culture.
