The powerhouse trio makes a massive sound live that far exceeds their actual numbers. “When we last toured the States it was quite royally,” says Liars frontman Angus Andrew. “Interpol laid out a magic carpet ride that took us from one historic venue to another. The whole experience was a mind-blowing orgy of music and memories.”
Liars released their self-titled fourth album on August 28, 2007 on Mute Records. All Music Guide called it “Liars’ most entertaining album yet,” and Stereogum said, “Gorgeous…damn if Liars doesn’t cast a bewitching, elegiac spell.”
Liars have invited fellow L.A. band No Age to support them on all dates below.
