Show Info

Not only is she “The Queen of Bluegrass” according to the Wall Street Journal, but this seven time IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year (the only artist in history to win it that many times) works with the biggest names in Nashville. She just wrapped up a duet with Keith Urban. Her firecracker band, The Rage, shows off a multitude of talents, musically and vocally; and raised the bluegrass bar to a higher level each night. Rhonda Vincent leads the men of the Rage, singing with a quality that reflects a relaxed yet refined performer. Her mandolin style tingles revealing a unique player, who can show her stuff, yet confidently support her band mates - building the foundation for one of the most popular groups in bluegrass today. The Renaissance Theatre in Mansfield is quickly becoming one of the most respected venues for bluegrass in the country, showcasing the best the genre has to offer in an unparalleled setting. Recently opening a 5.4 million dollar expansion, it's a relaxing atmosphere full of respectful and fun employees. They're all fans too! This is the closing event of the 2011 Blockhouse Bluegrass Festival. Sharing the bill that day are Copus Hill, Summertown Road, Joe Mullins and the Radio Ramblers and two performances by Rhonda's daughter and her band The Next Best Thing.
