Job
We are currently seeking a driven, self-motivated sales account rep to join our successful online advertising sales team. The right candidate will have a proven ability to generate significant sales from a variety of music industry advertisers. He or she will combine the ability to achieve individual sales goals while being a relentless advocate for other team members and their goals and the Company as a whole. A doer and a thinker, the right candidate will have the vision and entrepreneurial drive to work with the team to achieve steep and sustainable sales growth.

Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary plus a bonus/commission plan and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, sell and close inbound and outbound sales in a defined geographic region and/or category supporting a broad spectrum of music genres
• Apply consultative sales strategy and supporting communication via phone, email and face to face
• Understand music industry and current trends with a focus on the live music business
• Understand clients' individual goals and needs and be responsive to those needs
• Meet aggressive monthly individual and team sales goals
• Nurture and manage existing sales relationships
• Identify, develop, nurture and mange new sales leads
• Work with team and VP Sales to develop sales strategy and goals
• Work out of San Francisco based office with the ability to travel as needed

Skills and Experience

A proven track record in sales with at least three-years experience in consistently exceeding aggressive individual and team sales goals in online ad sales

Knowledge of current online advertising trends

Knowledge of music industry and concert promotion

Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills

Fluid office, email and web computer skills and versatile in Salesforce or like CRM

Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients over the phone or email

Proven team player

Goal-oriented individual with a passion to work hard to deliver results while maintaining a positive attitude

Ability to work efficiently and independently

Ability to analyze & solve problems quickly and effectively

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks

Understands the importance of establishing and nurturing relationships with peers, prospects, and clients
