Bluesfest 2014 – held over Easter long weekend (17th – 21st April) – will celebrate Bluesfest’s 25th Anniversary – making it one of the longest-running festivals in the Southern Hemisphere.

Bluesfest attendees will witness over 128 bands deliver nearly 200 performances on SEVEN stages - including headline performances from:

This Easter over 104,000 attendees enjoyed the music extravaganza as well as 51 market stalls and 43 food stalls, handpicked for their locally produced, organic and sustainable wares, Q & A’s with the artists, a roving lantern parade, kid’s activities and dance performances, turning the Bluesfest 2013 into an unforgettable 5 day fiesta experience!

Over the 5 days a record breaking combined total of $120,000+ was raised by the charity stalls – with the Orangutan Project getting their largest response – EVER – with 44 Orangutan adoptions!

A new greener initiative in 2013 was the solar-powered Lotus Palace stage, which hosted functions such as the Boomerang Festival Launch attended by dignitaries including the honourable Tony Burke, Minister for the Arts and Environment.
