The lineup has me hooked! This year will be my first summer camp and happiest birthday weekend :)

I keep hearing about how wonderful it is...so what makes it stand out? Best advice from veterans on what to bring and expect - especially what's different from other festivals?

Summercamp is wonderful. You will enjoy.

Everything LordK said is dead on. Love the intimate camping, although lunging camping gear is not great. So, pack smart!

Have to sneak in alcohol, also not hard, pack smart!

Once in, you have no problems. Easy to get around to all the stages.

Tip: Walk through the forest at night time.

With multiple moe. and umphrey's sets, if you pick one of their first sets of any day, get there early, then it's easy to rail for one of the sets. That's a special treat.

Also, check out the campfire stage during late nights. Always a blast.

Great to know, thanks for the advice you guys! I was nervous about the camp set up but it sounds like it's one of the perks in many ways. I'll definitely wander to the campfire stage...ahh ,Between this and Waka, my birthday week is SET :)
