Summer's Coming and the Time is Right

Last night,I received a phone call from a young lady who traveled with the suspect on phil tour, in "05. she never learned his last name, but she confirmed: suspects first name is "everett".last name still not conclusively undetermined.

also confirmed: suspect blows or sells glass pipes.

white male, divorced, slightly larger than myself.

various tattoos, notably one of a 'pentagram' on lower back.

suspect, according to my source, may have a severe addiction to the prescription drug :'xanax'.

suspect is said to have been using the nickname 'the captain', or captain crazy', since '05.

suspect had a female accomplice, using the nickname 'hatter'

'hatters' real name is "jessica richmond', and is from bristol, CT

early 20's, blonde. 5'2-5'3.

"hatter' is said to be somewhere in northern california at this time, presumably traveling with an unidentified male material witness, using the nickname "gum B' ( Gum B is not a suspect,or considered to be an accomplice. but is believed to know the suspects legal identity)

'Gum B' is from the community of colonial beach, VA.-He graduated HS there in 2001.

anyone with any information is asked to contact Detective Robert Limbocker, at (479) 667-4127, or myself, at (720) 838-6564, whichever they are more comfortable with.

suspects accomplice was confirmed to have been on ratdog tour, at the glen allen performance.

there is a

reward for the suspects full legal identity,whereabouts, and license plate # of car associated with him.-half to be paid upon arrest, and half to be paid upon trial.

he may currently reside in one of the carolinas, or, possibly, florida.

There is also a smaller reward for the identities of the two plainclothes guards who witnessed the attack, and refused to pursue the perpetrator.

as is known perp used the martial arts weapon 'nunchucks', and as is also known there was a subsuquent robbery: items stolen, consist of : a handmade sterling silver SYF money clip, a wallet, identification, US currency, and a ticket stub with bass player 'allen woody's atuograph, as well as other items.

there,is, of course, a reward for the successful recovery of any of the stolen property, as well, assuming, that someone uninvolved in the crime(s) arranges its return.

funnily enough, I grew up really close to Colonial Beach. I will actually make some calls and see if I can help with any info, though, having graduated several years after me, I'm not sure if my search will yield anything. god dammit.

either way, it sucks. I mean, I find this guys vigilance a little annoying, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't try to find the folks who did this to him, I guess. If it were me I'd have chalked it up to the Fates fucking with me and given up my search a long time ago-- there is, I suppose, something to be said for this guys perseverance. I just hope this "search" isn't all consuming, because it seems like that's not a good way to heal.

Anyhow, I put the word out to the few folks I still know in the Colonial Beach area. No word yet.

IIRC this guy has permanent injury from the beating, i'd want to find these guys too.

So I'm behind the times on this post. What exactly happened?

I have never claimed a deisre to shut down wakarusa.

I HAVE, however, cited, their security directors refusal to identify witnesses to the crime, that were in his employ,-who intentionally refused to attempt to apprehend the perpetrator, to the police investigator assigned to the case, however.-had they done their job, the assailant, would have been in custody,and conclusively identified by now.

in the interim, I learned, form the arkansas state police, that the security director had no license to operate a security company in arkansas, at the time of the event.

--a secondary issue, but sort of relevant--

as to 'lot justice', nope, I want NO ONE hurt.

I DO, however, want the people involved, and the two witnesses employed by the festival security director, IDENTIFIED.

given that I don't know these people.-and my interaction with them, is limited to the crime,(s), I have to start somewhere.
