Yeah I've been having this problem again for the past several months but keep putting off reporting it. I'm not getting email notifications of new posts, PMs, or reminders of shows on my calendar. However, I AM still getting emails when new shows are added for my tracked artists, and the promo emails. My internet provider is still Comcast. They recently changed their security from McAfee to Norton, but I had the problem both before and after the switch, so it's not that.
The emails do not end up in my spam folder in either my Outlook Express or my Comcast mail... I check them both regularly. I even have Comcast programmed to send all JamBase emails directly to my inbox, from the last time I had this problem, but it makes no difference (didn't last time either). They are just completely missing.
I started a thread in the General Discussion forum like a week ago asking people to post if they were having a problem or not, and what internet provider they used. The only useful responses were from Drpetervenkman who started this thread (thank you), and milesgone who said he's not having a problem (and he's one who did last time).
I hope this gets fixed soon... I miss my email notifications! Not sure why I delayed so long in reporting the problem to Mason... he's the one I worked with last time.
