Just moved to the area recently from South Florida and looking for any recomendations on bands and venues etc. Always looking to meet new people as well. Thanks for taking the time to share.

My bro lives just outside Tampa, what brought you the buckeye state? I go to shows in Columbus mostly, going to Rootwire - festy put on by papadosio in Logan. About 45 m from Cbus. Got a buddy in Fairborn, he goes to weekend kool aid parties and week night shows. I will ask him where some southern venues are.

Thanks. We moved up here just for some change. We lived in the Fort Lauderdale area and wanted a break from the hustle and bustle. Having an old farm house here in Northern KY we decided to give it a shot. I've seen just one local band since being here. My wife and I are going to All Good, ROMP and maybe Phish. After that we may head back to FL at the end of the summer.
