My taper friend Keith just uploaded the two Jim Weider shows he's recorded so far this year, and I just GOTTA share. :)
Normally he's uploaded within hours of a show ending, but Jim had asked him to hold off until his new CD ("Pearl") was released, which was two weeks ago.
Both of these recordings are a mix of soundboard and mics, and they both sound amazing. I was actually AT the 2nd show, and I don't know if it's possible for a recording to sound BETTER than being there, but I swear...
