Gotta agree with the Giant Panda Guerrilla Dub Squad recommendation. They get the job done.

Update: Simone Felice has cancelled his appearances at MJ due to emergency surgery. This is truly bad news, and I hope he gets well as soon as possible. The MJ organizers have already updated the schedule, and a couple of things have gotten moved around.

If you are going to Wakarusa, be sure to check out Wookiefoot. They are an amazing, multigenre, mindblowing experience to say the least.

Giant Panda, Brooklyn boys done good. Is Simone Felice surgery going to affect any of the Felice Brothers dates for the rest of the summer? I'm supposed to see them at Clearwater in a couple weeks. Hope he makes a speedy recovery either way.

Hot Damn MTN Jam looks great! That Levon Helm 70th Bday jam is gonna be really special. I Caught Jerry Joseph and Wally Ingram last night in Philly - they sounded amazing together and have a fun new album out as of today w/ some really wild covers on it. A version of MIA's "Paper Planes" and Blitzen Trapper's "Furr" as well as a great version of "White Dirt".

I'd expect their set to be pretty F'in stellar - enjoy folks !

You all forgot to mention Somasphere at Wakarusa on Thurs. at the Outpost Stage at 3:30... Hopefully they will be mentioned in your review as the tent was overflowin' for the boys at Waka and they killed it... Definitely one of the highlights of the weekend... FOR REAL!!
