I can't say whether Herman's Hermits did a song called "Mother In Law" or not, but I would have to guess that MMJ did the one by the great Ernie K-Doe

Was there last night... holy shit... an absolute burner. One of the two best shows I've seen in the last 5 years (the other probably being Radiohead at Malahide Castle in Dublin). I could have done without the "highly suspicious" in the encore, but hey... 95 percent of the setlist was fire. The "Dondante" was the highlight for me... disgusting energy build up culminating in one of the most dark and badass jams I've heard in a while. These guys are the real American rock n roll band right now, imo.

cant wait for mmj to come around. its great to see folks helping each other out and meeting up rather than bashing each other in this forum.

what time did they go on last night? what time tonight in Nashville? ticket says 7:30, that seems aggressively early

they went on around 920-925 i think. and the setlist should have a little clarification: they didnt play "run thru" in its entirety, they went straight into the jam, so really just the second half. a copy of their setlist lists it as "end of run thru"

to say the show was ridiculously sick is an understatement

I'll be at the Cary show. Begging for no "Highly Suspicious" Arguably the worst song ever.
