A smoldering dose of Hill Country blues and Southern rock knocks this writer's socks off...

These guys are the real deal. One of the only bands I see regularly that gets better and better everytime. Hill Country Revue aint bad either.

I really need to catch NMA one of these days. I have a couple of shows on my iPod and they are on heavy rotation.

I threw up for the first time since 1995. Great time every time. Enjoy the Allstars more that HCR. Bought the singer and guitarist from HCR drinks. I found it interesting and authentic that the singer's beer of choice was Busch(not even busch light). Was drunk enough that I told the guitarist that I enjoyed his playing more than Cody's

Great story I_HEART_GAMEBOBY! I'm curious how old you were in 1995. Very good review, Neil. It was a fantastic show and there was plenty of room on the floor to boogie and breath simultaneously; something I didn't have the luxury of being able to do at Umphrey's show on Feb 4th. At one moment I looked towards my feet and saw an entire different audience of widely different shoes, writhing and wriggling to the beat. I spent a few minutes with these forgotten participants and we shared a very intimate moment together.

22 years old in 1995(vodka lemonade made me yak). Pissed me off that I got sick. The spins made me miss 45 minutes of the show.

I was there, and this show was sick! They bring the heat every time.

I really like the HCR side of NMA. Alot of depth and jamming. I wish the whole unit would tour more. NMA alone isn't my bag.

That was a great review! It really captured the atmosphere and feel of an Allstars show. Allstars could be one of my favorite bands. They really know how to bring the heat! Luther's a great guy too! I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity I get to speak with him.
