the heavy guilt have a lo-fi feel that i dig, the lyrics speak to me (as i'm sure many others), and the music ROCKS. can't wait to see what happens with this group.

Great band, super talented musicians, awesome songs and through the roof live. Sean Martin is a demon on guitar. The album really lays down a heavy vibe, dark but hopeful. Check it

the heavy guilt. what a record! what a concept! an unlikely mix of minds and musical approach.

i just caught them at the south park bar and grill last weekend. fm 94.9 told me to go see them.

the show was off the chain!!! expect great things from these ambassadors of all things guilty...

TAKE TWO AND PASS IT....NOW!!

This is seriously my new favorite album. I've been following Al Howard and the K23 for years, and JFJO is one of my favorite groups, so this marriage between the two is really exciting and is sure to produce a sound that's never before been created.

I'll try to get this message out to as many people as possible, not only for the free cd but because people need to hear this. The album only gets better and better with each listen. And make sure to pay attention to the lyrics-it's the best part.

PS Either J Smart has a really big fan that named his jambase account after the guy, or j smart himself is commenting on this thread. Either way it's really funny.

I just saw them at Rosie's on 12/4 and the place was packed! They have such a rich sound and the energy of the band is great. I can't wait for their next show!
