Saw this show the other night in Detroit. The band is tight and KD rips it.

Denver really does get spoiled...can you imagine that new year's eve show?

Can't wait to pick up the new album and hear the dirty funk in Asheville!! I'm surprised more people haven't responded to this...this band is pure insanity!

Did you all realize that Karl Denson was in the movie "Coming to America"? He plays the sax in the band "Sexual Chocolate". Everytime I watch that movie I look for him during that part. It's kinda funny, but he is Awesome!

I love KDTU and The Bridge is one of my favorite albums of all time. For this reason, I'm actually a little bummed about this "all star lineup". Ron Johnson on the bass is awesome and I'll especially miss his grooves (not that Meshell is a slouch, I just want to hear more from Ron). He toured with Chris Berry and Panjea and was totally locked in. I'm sure this new album will be real good but it seems like it's basically an entirely new band. That's disappointing to me.
