Tenacious D was a pleasant suprise. IT was just good fun rock and roll. Ween is a very annoying band. Twice, they got things really moving with a couple of good shredding tunes just to absolutely hit the brakes to a complete stop. I hate bands that are dedicated to killing their own buzz, thoroughly. Between just slamming the brakes on their possibilities, the hackneyed buffoonery of that lead singer aren't funny at all. He tries to be funny but he just isn't. I don't get. They suck. It was all a warm down after mars volta anyways so I don't care.

HAHA I laughed as well at the dude in the MIA fan shot. Also at the combination of that 12 yr old asian kid with just one arm raised right behind him. Looks like quite an interesting crowd.

Ween ruled in the fog!
Gener looked good with his short lid and God Save the Qweens t-shirt, very nice. He's one of the most dynamic front men out there, despite what grumpy hank thinks. He put on a great set along with all the other guys. Watching the fog and wind almost destroy the stage when they played "You F*ucked Up" was something else. Taste the Waste!
The D was pretty cool too. The sordid image of a sweaty Jack Black standing just in his red boxers at the end of the show after chucking his duds into the crowd will take years of therapy to erase.
Nice pics too. Time to get on the Poopship, Kaycemang!
