Since im very active in the music community im going to assume all of these bands are of the "indie rock" variety becuase other than the obvious Lucero, iron and wine, RJD2,and Lymbyc Systym i have no idea who any of the other bands are.

I will be in the area on those days but am not willing to sit through something that looks like a smaller version of SXSW which itself is pretty pathetic these days.

articgtp: took the words right out of my mouth. Never even heard of most of these guys. With the exception of one of my all-time fav DJ's: RJD2.....and Lucero & iron and wine.

Low is very good. Solid Gold is a band that is getting very popular in the Twin Cites, I would describe them as "indie dance rock?" Jookabox is worth checking out. Joe Pug is OK. Not sure on the rest besides what has already been mentioned.
