Great place to live if you don't mind the rain for 9 months out of the year. If you can handle that, I could not think of a better place. One of the best times of my life. The Celebration is nice too.

A lot of great national acts for something so cheap. Landreth (from Louisiana) and The Bridge (Baltimore) especially.

As long as everyone thinks it rains all the time here, the secret stays safe.
