Assembly of Dust: Required Listening
For their third album, AoD feature an all star lineup of guests including Gordo, Schnier, Fleck, Krauss, Scofield and more. We find out how bandleader Reid Genauer made it all work...

I love this band! One of THE BEST groups on the road and in the studio that is out there...Reid has the voice of an angel and Terrell's guitar wizardry is incredible...

Not one thing wrong with this band, tho I do miss Nate....

Looking forward to catching some of their shows.

Great to see AoD getting the attention they deserve. A friend of mine told me about these guys in '03 and I have not stopped listening to them since. I just wish they'd come to Tampa, though I did see them at Langerado '08 at what I believe is their one and only show in Florida ever.

Fantastic article, Court. I too miss Nate's key's with this band. But, I really also dig The Nate Wilson Group. It's sound is quite different, heavier, more '70s stoner rock. ANyway. Love the new AoD CD. Hope it deservedly hits big time. Reid and his son on stage at GOTV was a true highlight.
