I think Jack's drumming has seriously improved since those grainy videos of them playing in NYC. Judging from this performance, I'm anxious to see what the album sounds like.

Jack maybe the most talented musician alive. A badass guitar player, he decides to turn the drums into his new bands lead instrument. Brilliant! I cant wait to see the Weather live. If their whole show is on par with the quality of this clip, I am sure to be in for a real treat.

??? the most talented musician alive ??? There are some seriously good drummers in our scene, But Jack White is not one of them. I also did not enjoy that music.

silly me, i forgot that posting about how much you like something is an open invitation for jambase peeps to dump the negatory rain on your parade.
jack is way more than just a drummer. he writes, produces, plays a variety of instruments, and sings in a wide array of keys. bottom line - he is bitchin and there are very few out there who can size up to his musical resume.

Yea that wasn't original at all, not fun to listen to, really bland musicianship, the drums were terrible i thought. I thought jack white was a guitarist? seems like that dude needs to lay off the horse

that was pretty brutal, jack white could simply be the most OVERRATED musician on the scene right now. i truly can not understand how people dig his guitar playing let alone his pretty standard drumming skills. the only reason the dead weather is getting any attention is because of jack and that's all fine a good, but truth be told, this band stinks.

Jack making drums into his band's lead instrument??? Try listening to Billy Cobham kid. I also did not enjoy that music.

not a very good clip hopefully all their songs are not this bad, great guitar player however this music seems to be relativly terrible

if people want to listen to jack white, that's fine. none for me, thanks, but you fans can have all you want and i won't say a word. saying he's the best musician alive is just plain silly though. he was a boring guitar player, playing dull riffs that most guitarists can come up with within a couple years of playing and now he's doing the same on drums but still trying to soak up the attention, which is not what playing in a rhythm section is about. if there's one good thing about this new project it is that there is no microphone in front of his mouth. this girl isn't much better though... and bands need to stop dressing in all black, it's just kind of cheesy.

Latenitesnack- just so you know, it is not only when you say that you like something that you get ripped on.
Saying that you don't like something is an open invitation by the jambase faithful to rip on you too.
