It's been interesting and amusing to watch Bon Iver catch fire, and the acclaim and notoriety are well deserved. As a long-time fan of introspective acoustic songwriting, Justin Vernon's songs and playing caught my ear and heart on first listen and have not let me go. He seems like a grounded and humble guy, and I think that really comes across in his music.
