Wow, not 1 but two of the hardest working guitarist out there today... I used to only think of Warren when it came to a man that doesn't rest but now I'm realizing that Derek is the same way. I was on vacation in Cali last month and saw Derek at the HOB San Diego, less than a week later he was in Europe playing shows there and now he's back in Oakland playing with the Allman Bros. He must have some serious frequent flier miles racked up!!!

Allman Brothers Rock. Simply put. Can't wait for Wanee!

the show on Tuesday really kicked ass, great crowd. Sound and lights were outstanding too. Watching Warren and Derek were smokin all night, it was quite a duel on the axes. Greg's singing was right on too, expecially for Jessica. One way Out was just sick, great way to end a rocking evening.

Nice shots, but there is more to ABB than Warren, Oteil, and Derek.

Aside from only one single brand new original song nothing new at all whatsoever. Pretty predictable and sad. Bordering on pathetic. Same ole same ole. Allman Brothers Brand is getting close to extinct.

Or not... They have the new instrumental sure, but they only played something like 35 songs out of the 250+ songs they play, there jams are unbelievable every single time they take it to new and different varying heights and dips (tho sometimes they come off too perfect), and I would like you, yes you, to tell me a band that can still shred as hard as they can from way back (Oteils 10 min+ bass solos, dereks unbelievable jaw dropping work, Gregs audible! singing that is pitch perfect, jaimoe and butch's play between the two creating new rythyms in every song, and the fat man's presence is always loved (And I didnt forget the banging of the big drums by Quinones either)) all in all you have no room to bitch. Go by a 35 dollar ticket to see them and widespread and guarentee you wont be dissapinted by price for face melting experiance and if you are, haha, then please go listen to your non blues influenced music, the blues dont need you no how,

^ "PoisonOrchid" I *DARE* you, yes you, to tell me what specifically the 250 supposed songs are that you seem to believe are in the ABB's current repetoire? Not even close.

Why's everyone hating on the "man boobs" photo? The photographer's job is to capture the show, the moment. That dude, that shirt - that's the Allmans, that's their fans, that's the moment. Any Allman Bros gig I've ever been to has a man-boob to hot chick boob ratio of at least 10:1...

Your a fool since dickey left they have done 193 different songs catalouged thats a whole lot of repertoire to fall back on.
