Midterms Matter!

there's not much that can be done for people who refuse to take care of themselves.

why would I want to provide for someone who is capable of providing for themself?

there is nothing stopping anyone from helping people pay their insurance premiums. If you really care so much why don't you find an unisured person and help them out.

Or people can just put their money where their mouth is when it comes to charity instead of telling other people what the need to care about and how much money they need to pay.

I'm all for private charity orgainzations that have willful members.

cheating death isn't cheap and the financial burdan of that should not be put on others.

I gave you my opinion. Private charity all the way. I'm not into forced collectivism. I don't think that is what the human spirit is all bout. Freedom and free will.
