Anyone else come across any food or drink that tastes like something weird to them but not to others??

at first I thought maybe I just had a shitty batch of Dr. Pepper but it's tasted like metal to me for years now, every so often I think "I haven't had dr pepper in a while maybe it will be different this time" It never is different though.

FYI the dominate flavor in Dr pepper is prunes......still good though, and it keeps you regular.

The title of this thread sounds like a bad commercial to me. I picture Ozzy Osbourne or Gene Simmons taking a drink from a can and screaming into the camera, "Dr. Pepper tastes like metal to me!"

pop is gross in general. i drink pop in a bottle from mexico made with real sugar.

where can you get some good pop in a bottle? I don't really see too much around me aside from trader joes but the cola they have is too sweet for me personally.
