just heard WSP's space wrangler used for weather on the 8's. anybody heard anything that you thought they wouldn't play?

Weather Channel breaks out the jams sometimes....I remember a long time ago, they had a run of stuff from that Northern Rock Band from Burlington, VT.

I think I've been told they play Phish sometimes?

I know I've heard some cool stuff I didn't expect on there at times, but I can't think of anything right now...

I think it was Phish, TieDye.....alot of those Northern Rock Bands sound the same.

It was either Phish or Boston....I'll have to look it up.

You know how it goes, Vik...those Northern Rock Bands all sound the same....but there is plenty of Phish/Weather Channel clips on YouTube if you are interested in Scranton's weather from a few years ago set to a live If I Could.

Heard Phish a few times. Some Allman's Blue Sky, and most recently Space Wrangler.

There's a "head" working somewhere at TWC.

Oh yeah I definitely remember hearing Blue Sky several times! Pretty sure I've heard some Floyd before too, but can't remember what exactly. I wonder if they keep any records and if there's anywhere we can look this stuff up... like I wouldn't be surprised if they got enough inquiries from the public that they made the info available on their website or something. But I'm too lazy to look. :P

Ironically, I've heard them play some Weather Report too.

all those damn yankee band sound the same!!!!!!!!!!!!! all those southern rock bands sound varies so much, I can't even usually tell the difference between the MC5 and Wilco!

Heard WSP on there a few times. We need to meet that kid who picks the music. Are you out there?

I was going thru the ATL airport once while they played The New Mastersounds.
