West Fest is an annual music festival sponsored by the University of West Georgia, Greenway Medical Technologies and other local corporate leaders. All proceeds go to the local chapter of The Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

West Fest includes a 5K race, family activities and an evening of music from bands such as Jessi Lynn, Roadhouse Atlanta, Homegrown Band and this year’s headliner, Corey Smith. Corey Smith was named one of country music’s hottest new artists by Country Weekly and Music Row Magazine. He has hundreds of sold-out performances under his belt and a growing, dedicated fan-base due to hits such as “Twenty-One,” “Maybe Next Year” and “If I Could Do It Again.”
