About me:I am the mom of three grown kids. I am an animal rights activist,Vegetarian. I love the outdoors,birdwatching ,walking in the woods. Music is very important to me and WDST is one of my very favorite stations!

Music means to me:Music sets the mood for my day! I can't cook without a total variety playing in the background,from Kirsty Mcall to Louis Prima. Music means creativity,inspiration,love and even,sometimes,darker moods reflected in songs of pain and protest.There is a song for every feeling and all sorts of artist help channel energy and they deserve to be heard
Schools:High School (big deal) Some Nursing courses. Life lessons in the care and feeding of children and other small,helpless animals.
General Interests:Cooking,Astrology,reading a variety of books,especially mysteries, I still read Sherlock Holmes as a complete immersion into another world. I have recorded books for the blind as a volunteer and I loved that.
Other Distractions:Football. I Love a good football game. And old Movies.
