About me:The Jon Blalock band is made up of four Charleston based musicians (Jon, Greg, Miles, and Kevin). The Band met at the College of Charleston where they are currently all attending as seniors. When they first met they where all performing in other bands around Charleston. After a few late night jam sessions they quit their previous bands and formed together under the name of The Jon Blalock Band.
Jon Blalock sings lead, plays rhythum guitar, harmonica, and writes most of the original music. Greg Chapman plays lead guitar. Miles Kimbrough plays percussion, Kevin Cobb plays bass and keyboard. Each member of the band has a unique style, which gives the band its one of a kind sound.The Band plays a variety of original tracks as well as popular Rock/Classic Rock covers.

We recently had the opportunity to play at the Music Farm (one of the elite venues in Charleston) which has served as a launching board for our recent success. We are currently writing new music, while playing venues throughout the Charleston area. If you haven't had a chance to catch us live check out one of our upcoming shows.
