About me:Music and technology form the basis of my existence. The skills I have developed in technology allow me to pursue my goals in music and art.
I program computer systems for a variety of corporate and government systems, developing custom systems for niche areas not covered by larger software companies. These have included Workers' Compensation Insurance systems for Ford Motor Company, Order/Invoicing systems for Homedics and currently Medical Billing systems for the mental health industry in southeast Michigan.
I have always loved music and have played a variety of instruments from piano to drums to bass and guitar. I have also spent a lot of time and money on recording music which fascinates me whether live or studio. I keep myself busy and surrounded by top notch musicians and usually have a couple of bands/projects going.
Fuze is one of my longest running projects and is a truely unique band of musicians with no fear improvisation capability. Each week we throw it down for the Saturday Night Jam, a weekly live audio webcast of our modern electric jazz-rock.
I have built a modern studio in my basement that rivals many professional level ones with both analog and digital recording capability, professional level mics and preamps as well as monitoring. With over 10 years of experience with it, we are able to produce our own professional level recordings on a weekly basis.
I also have run a website called Online Bands (www.onlinebands.com) since 1998 that is used for indie musician news and promotion of my projects.
