About me:I am a 41 year old music fan. I have listened and enjoyed music for as long as I can remember soaking up the sounds of the 60s, 70s, 90s and the present. If you check out my bands list you can see I like a lot of different styles of music. I have lived in Hawaii, Northern California, Nevada, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. I have traveled across country several times and I now live in rural Tennessee and there are not many people here with the same interests as mine. I would love to talk and meet with people with the same musical interests.

Schools:I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1996 with a B.A. in History and have done graduate work in the same subject at the University of Nevada, Reno and Murray State University in Kentucky.
General Interests:I love to read history, philosophy, beat literature, classical literature. Medieval art and music. I really enjoy movies especially comedies and sci-fi. I don't watch TV at all.
Other Distractions:My wife, my kids, and 10 crazy cats. The beautiful countryside in which I live, trees, the wildlife, the moon, the stars and planets at night. Annie our Great Pyrenees.

Sound Tribe night in Nashville

Last night I took my wife and teenage daughter to the Sound Tribe Sector 9 show at the War Memorial in Nashville. What a show!!! I can't explain how much I like this band. They really hit a groove and kept if going. Can't wait for their next show in the area
