About me: Kelly Carvin is a young, powerful, and lively singer/songwriter who was born and raised in New Jersey. She currently lives in Trenton, and is making a name for herself throughout the New Jersey music scene. Her goal is to spread love, life and beauty around the world to fire up the shift in global consciousness. Kelly's soulful voice and charisma is one unforgotten. Kelly is said to have a voice that captivates an audience into a psychedelic wind of sound that leaves the soul feeling revived. She is currently a solo act that consists of her and a guitar. She writes her own songs and her creative nature stops nowhere. Kelly is building a fan base, networking and definitely creating a name for herself everywhere she goes. In 2007 she was picked in the 1st round of American Idol in Philadelphia, PA. She has been noticed by news papers such as The Aquarian, The US 1, and The Rag for her conscience efforts in supporting musical growth. She has played at venues such as Triumph Brewery, KatMandDu, Asbury Lanes, The 449 Room, The Mill Hill Saloon, Cazz's, WTRS Radio 91.3, Princeton TV, The Alchemist and Barrister, The Saint and more. When she was asked 'What do you want to see happen in Trenton?' Kelly responded with "I want Trenton to make art, and let the world take it! It's time that we stop complaining about what is happening to Trenton, and change it. It's only up to us and the time has come. It's just happening and there is no turning back now! Revolution is in the air!" Obviously this goes past Trenton, NJ and is now seen as a global act to those aware. In the future, you will catch Kelly Carvin in a band as well as plenty of artistic projects. Be with her in her early days as she leads a way into change through sound.
