Ratdog.... Too Much Fun!!
Fri 4/11/2008 6:11AM
I saw Ratdog @ Rams Head Live in Baltimore on Wednesday night. WOW! What a great show. It was nice to see that MK is back and healthy. The band came out full force with a romping Truckin>Loose Lucy>Loser sing along. Walkin Blues was really well played. Then we were treated with an appearance by local legend Bill Kertchin (too much fun) and Mookie for a upbeat Catfish John and one of the best West L.A. Fadeaway's in recent memory. Second set kicked off with City Girls>Desolation Row>Shade Of Grey. A rock-in Hell In A Bucket followed by the Other one picked the pace up. Ship Of Fools and Sugar Mag highlighted the set. I've read a lot of not so great reviews of this tour. I thought the band was energetic, tight and most of all having a really good time. Do yourself a favor and Go See Ratdog
Free Somehow

WOW!! I saw WSP @ The Warner Theater on Tuesday night. It was awesome. It was one of the boldest moves I have ever seen a band pull off. They played their entire new album "Free Somehow" It was really a treat. I was hoping to hear some of the new stuff, man did I get my wish. I was little disappointed bye the lack of enthusiasm by the fans. I heard a lot of comments.. "This show sucks".. "When are they gonna play something good"... "Mikey would never do this".. Blah Blah Blah.. This group of incredible musicians are obviously very proud of this record and wanted to share it. I for one thought it Rocked
