Bogota’s born and raised Diva Gash, is actually the most important independent band in [[Colombia]]. Their unique blend of classic genres like Funk, Soul, Latin "Tumbaos", Dance and Disco music, are exposed as an infection of tight electronic beats, Avant-Garde Rock, Trash Metal riffs and slighty hip-hop rhymes all combined in a powerful and intense live performance, creating a distinctive trademark that amuses the listener, no matter its age or likes.
DG debuted on Colombian radio stations in 1997 with their EP "Into Time", followed by a second EP “Back but forward”.
In 1999 they collaborated with Ion (the band who recorded the Original Soundtrack of the Colombian movie "Diastole y Sistole") for their album "Pulso".
Diva Gash's first full-length album, "Sequence" was released in Colombia in year 2000 with great reviews and airplay. This is probably the recording that defined their sound and direction style and musical path. Over the next two years the recording was released in Venezuela; Mexico and the US and the group played through 2003, in these countries, in support of the recording.
In 2004 DG's “Volumen 1” is recorded in Monterrey, MX with Alejandro Rosso, (Member of famous Mexican Band "Plastilina Mosh"), as well as Bogota, Colombia, and also in Venezuela with well-known artists such as "Belica", "Hana Kobayashi", "DJ Hernia" and Former "Vagos y Maleantes" who are now "3 Dueños".

DG was invited to participate in the LP "Electronic Latin freaks" (Subterfuge Records), compiled in Europe to honor the best Latin American electronic artists and their multi-flavored aesthetics. (www.electroniclatinfreaks.com)
The same year Diva Gash performed in Miami at the PREMIOS MTV Latino's official party and at the Miami Short Film Festival Openning Event, as well as major cities in Venezuela and Colombia including at the Biggest Festival in South America "Rock al Parque" in Bogota, Colombia.

In July of 2005 their second album "Vol. 1” was released.
In the past 3 years Diva Gash has been touring and promoting “Vol. 1” in cities from Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and Argentina, while working on their 3rd album 2. Lov which will be released in Colombia in February 2009.
DG is the only official adidas artist in Colombia, and has also established commercial alliances with "TRIO" (Chile's wine from Concha & Toro), Motorola, Johnny Walker, Movistar Radio, Microsoft XBOX 360, and Something Special.
Album "2. Lov" has been produced by [[Joel Hamilton]], on November, 2008.
