Fractured (Live) - Jay Trainer Band [HQ]

http://www.facebook.com/jaytrainerband?v=wall&ref=search#/video/video.php?v=164893547234&ref=mf

The Carbon-Neutral Online Concert Fundraiser from Artfulchange will feature the Jay Trainer Band, other local musicians and San Francisco based visual artists. The goal of the event is to catalyze environmental action through the arts. Artfulchange s...ees the web as a way to create a great music experience, bring people into the studio, work with other artists and reduce the carbon footprint of the entire experience.

The Carbon-Neutral concert will be part of 350.orgs International Day of Climate Action on October 24, bringing both awareness and action toward finding solutions for climate change. Artfulchange will offset the carbon emissions from their studio time and the server-energy used for the online concert itself. Donations and product purchases during the concert will be donated to San Francisco- based environmental causes.

Visitors to the online concert will find a streaming concert from the Jay Trainer Band, videos from a variety of bands for download and audio downloads. In addition, there will be an array of visual art created by local artists for sale. Visitors will be able to donate money to the cause or purchase any of the video, audio or visual downloads- all proceeds will go toward environmental causes.

As Jay puts it, "The core principle behind Artfulchange is using our passion for the arts to have an impact on the environment. The carbon neutral online concert is about helping people have a good time while they make an impact. We are creating opportunities to enjoy the arts and have their money make a difference."

Concert proceeds benefit important causes. The Energy Action Coalition is one of the groups that was chosen by Artfulchange to recieve a portion of the proceeds from the fundraiser. The Energy Action Coalition unites a diversity of organizations in an alliance that supports and strengthens the student and youth clean and just energy movement in North America.

Today's the Day!! http://www.artfulchange.org/
Hi Everyone!

The International Day of Climate Action is today October 24th! There are almost 4000 actions happening in 161 different countries! Check it out here: http://www.350.org/

Artfulchange
, an environmental non-profit that combines music and the arts with environmental action and awareness will be launching their online carbon neutral benefit concert on this day of action! It will be a streaming concert on their website and visitors will be able to purchase MP3 and video downloads as well as art pieces from artists. All proceeds from these sales will go to benefit Energy Action Coalition, a coalition of 50 environmental and social justice organizations fighting for a movement towards clean energy: http://energyactioncoalition.org/

Visit the Artfulchange website on the 24th to take part in this day of climate action. If you can't make it online on that day, you can visit anytime after the 24th and still take part in this great cause.

For more information: http://artfulchange.org/onlinebenefit.html

And here is a preview of the Jay Trainer Band who will be playing the streaming concert online: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYjfSGnbAsY
