WMD's - State Theatre
Ive been listening to Keller Williams for a few years now and just got the chance to see him live for the 1st time. His band WMDs consisting of Gibb Droll, Jeff Sipe, Keith Mosely and Williams himself, were quite impressive. The 2 set show consisted of both KW favorites (Freaker by the Speeker, Tribe, Ninja, Best Feeling among the many) and a few entertaining covers of Prince's-Kiss, Beatles-Dig a Pony, DeeLite-Groove is in the Heart and Grateful Deads- Eyes of the world. If you have never had a chance to listen to Gibb Droll do so as soon as possible because he is as good of a guitarist as ive seen. Took alot of great pictures and hopefully i will be posting them as soon as i can figure out how to make them smaller. Hopefully the WMDs will be around for a while and definetly a band to check out during this summers festival season.
