I got hooked on this band, Eclipse, from Centralia, IL over a year ago. They play stuff anywhere from the 50's to early 90's rock. The band is made up of four groovy, friendly guys that have a good time playing without any of the "fake" that so many bands shell out. Not to mention - their music is TIGHT. They don't sound like a garage band. These guys love playing and you can tell that they PRACTICE a lot. They play stuff you would know by the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and other era bands.

Eclipse does have some original music which they should really play more. They should also write more. I delight in the psychadelic musical style of Jeff King. He uses strange harmonies and trippy guitar licks that I just don't hear much of from bands these days.
