About me:Benita Charles is a singer/songwriter/producer who resides in Harlem, NY. She's appeared at various clubs in the New York tri-state area including Kenny's Castaways, Bar Thalia at Symphony Space, Billie's Black in Harlem, Alphabet Lounge, Greenwich Village Bistro and the Triad Theater on the upper west side. In addition to performing in a wide variety of projects in the enter...tainment industry, Benita has created her own productions: a one-women show called, "Moments In Love," in Greenwich Village, New York; and cabaret shows: Benita Charles & Friends shows for Make Music New York and the September Concert (9/11). Her annual holiday show collects toys for the Marine Corps' Toys for Tots charity. Her debut CD, Moments In Love Volume 1 is now available on CD Baby and iTunes.

Dear Friends: I hope the New Year - 2012 is treating you well. Things are great with me. I always enjoy this time of the year of new beginnings. I'm very excited to announce I am reviving my one-woman show, "Moments In Love" on Saturday, February 11th at Bar Thalia - Symphony Space at 9:00 pm - just in time for Valentine's Day.
